My Services

Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Parenting Education & Coaching for Foster, Adoptive, Step, and Kinship Parents

Parenting a child with a history of trauma, complex needs, or intense emotional and behavioral challenges can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply confusing. Many caregivers find themselves carrying chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and a sense of disconnection — even while doing everything they can to support their child’s growth and well-being.

My coaching services are designed to offer educational guidance, practical tools, and supportive coaching for caregivers navigating these challenges. I offer three pathways of support: 1:1 Parent Coaching, a 12-Week Signature Coaching Program, and a biweekly email offering parenting tools, insight, and encouragement.

My Approach

Parenting a child who has experienced early adversity, separation, or complex beginnings can reshape your entire world. My work is informed by evidence-based parenting education, attachment theory, and specialized training related to adoption and foster care. Together, we focus on helping you better understand behavior, build supportive responses, reconnect with your own sense of steadiness, and strengthen connection within your family.

This is a shame-free, judgment-free space where you can slow down, reflect honestly, and feel supported. My work centers on what caregivers need most — clarity, skills for regulation, connection, and sustainable strategies — so you can show up with confidence and compassion in daily parenting.

Together, we’ll take time to understand what may be contributing to challenging behaviors, explore supportive tools, and strengthen connection — both with your child and within yourself as a caregiver. My role is to walk beside you as you learn new strategies, notice patterns that impact your responses, build resilience, and rediscover confidence in your parenting.
